Metronome™ Flip Top is an extension of the Metronome product line. 

Our challenge was to solve the issue of how to store tables efficiently without comprising its stability when in use.

Metronome™ Flip Top is made from polished, cast aluminum and extruded, anodized aluminum. A proprietary mechanism locks the top in place, and a leather tab is pulled to release a catch to tilt the tabletop into the stowed position. 

Because the pivot for the tabletop is located close to its centre of gravity, we eliminated the need for springs or other mechanisms.

Metronome™ Flip Top table was awarded a Silver at NeoCon/IIDEX 2012.
